Our Investor Center is a beautiful, 7000 square foot facility with a large meeting room, three classrooms, and several offices.

We are located on the southwest corner of Valley View and I35E, at 12801 N. Stemmons Frwy., Dallas, TX, 75234. Mapsco 12L. It is a one story office building which fronts on the service road, the third driveway after the Shell station.

How to ethically and legally hammer the IRS!

Do you the real secret to handling government thugs?

Do you know what the one thing is that they would rather you not know?

They would rather you not know that they are forced to follow the law. They can lie to you. They can cajole you. They can even question you for long periods. But, in the end, they have to follow the law.

I had a TCEQ water inspector at my mobile home park a few years ago. She politely asked where a particular report was and I told her I didn't have it. My water guy, a class D operator, told me not to confront the inspector. "Wait until they get back to the office and then point out any errors," he said.

He was right and the missing report was not mentioned again once I used a couple of key phrases. One phrase was "incidence of tenancy" and the other was "... sell water to a person." I have no idea what an incidence of tenancy means, but you can avoid at least one TCEQ water report by adding that phrase to your lease agreement.

I know this becasue I read the law. You might be a amazed by how many people quote laws which do not exist. I have had tenants come up with some really wierd ones. I was amazed that governemnt officials (with the exception of competant police officers) are not any more likely to know the laws they are upholding than my tenants know the property code.

The secret to success with governemnt thugs is knowing the law better than they know it. Now, you may not know that the Internal Revenue Code is really massive. In 2006, I wrote an article on my blog. At that time, the IRS code was 12,154 pages long in 18 volumes and cost $846 (not including shipping).
